These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to nychealthynutrition.com and to purchases made directly from NYC Health & Nutrition through this website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. By placing an order, you also agree to the price, description, and terms presented for that purchase.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Our Refund Policy explains the terms for refunds, transfers, and rescheduling. If a particular service has a separate written agreement, that agreement governs that service where its terms differ from these general website Terms.

Consultations and nutrition programs

We offer wellness consultations, body composition analysis, nutrition programs, coaching, and access to selected nutrition products. The details, price, location, delivery method, and included services for a specific purchase are described on its offer page or in a separate written agreement.

A consultation helps you review your starting point and discuss potential next steps. Purchasing a consultation does not require you to join a longer program, and a particular program or product is not guaranteed to be appropriate for every person.

Purchases, appointments, and refunds

Please review the offer details and total price before completing checkout. Appointment availability may vary. If you purchase a service that requires scheduling, follow the booking instructions provided with your order or contact us for assistance.

Payments for products, consultations, programs, and services are generally final and nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. Programs and services may be transferred or rescheduled within the period stated in our Refund Policy. Please read that policy before purchase.

Purchases completed on another company’s website are subject to that seller’s checkout, fulfillment, and refund terms.
