Refund Policy
Please review these terms before purchasing a consultation, nutrition program, service, or product. We want you to know what happens if your plans change or there is a problem with an order.

Purchases are final
Payments for programs, consultations, services, and products are nonrefundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
One year of flexibility
Programs and services may be transferred or rescheduled for up to one year from the original purchase date.
Contact us directly
If an order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, email us with your order details so we can review the issue.
Refunds and cancellations
All payments made to NYC Health & Nutrition for programs, consultations, services, and products are final and nonrefundable. Changing your mind, not using a purchase, or being unable to attend an appointment does not by itself create a right to a refund.
This policy does not limit a refund, replacement, or other remedy that applicable law requires.
Transfers and rescheduling
Programs and services are transferable and may be rescheduled for up to a maximum of one year from the original purchase date. Please contact us to arrange a transfer or a new appointment date.
This one-year option applies to programs and services; it is not a return period for physical products.
Product orders
Product purchases are generally final. If a product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
If you complete a purchase on another company’s website, that seller’s checkout and refund terms apply to that purchase.
How to request a change
Email info@nychealthynutrition.com with your name, order number or purchase date, the program or service purchased, and the change you are requesting.
For appointment changes, contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed so we can discuss the available options.
