Irina Popa-Erwin is a former professional multi-medalist gymnast and experienced health coach, with over 12 years experience in helping people lead a healthy active lifestyle every single day, and become healthier and happier. Irina perceives life in a way that's completely unique. Her experience as a professional gymnast led her to the conclusion that coaches act as the largest influence in someone's success, both personally and professionally. And as an experience health coach, mentored by Jim Rohn and coached by the best nutrition scientists in the world at the UCLA, she's learned that a set of fundamentals can help anyone reach their health goals, no matter the situation.
James Riley has orchestrated an illustrious eleven-year career in Major League Soccer, competing in over 300 fixtures across all competitions and collecting 6 championship trophies. He has amassed a wealth of knowledge and proficiency in developing and sustaining “the professional edge” advantage for success. Ultimately, James’s mission is to Inform, Inspire, and Impact dedicated athletes so that they are equipped to flourish as players, teammates, and most importantly, as People! He will share his advanced talents, professional experience, and intellectual insights to transform those he coaches and mentors in sports, health and wellness.
